Job Description
Manage day-to-day Supply Chain MRP planning activities, including direct purchase order placement, vendor communication/follow-up, reorder point/safety stock calculations, tactical communication across the organization, and supply risk assessment. Implement and support single site or moderate risk level changes to business tools and processes, focusing on tactical projects. Analyze materials and sources to recommend improvements and enhancements, lead mid-level projects implementing process changes, and communicate project status to management through status reports and formal updates. Identify and establish policies and procedures for the supply chain, define intermediate risk problems, collect and analyze data, offer solutions, and implement changes to achieve desired results. Develop and complete work plans for moderate risk projects, implement business process improvements, lead cross-functional projects, and provide back-up support for area coordinators, supervisors, and managers. The role requires the ability to work independently and thrive in a non-hierarchical organization.

This role will support project rally in an onsite/offsite hybrid model. A flexible schedule is a possibility.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
