Supply Chain – Manufacturing Financial Analyst II

What You Will Do:

Controlling lead for Equipment plants in EuropeControlling lead for MUV (Material usage variance) for all European manufacturing plants (compounds, equipment, wipes)Working closely with plant controllers to consolidate forecast elements, as well as period actuals.Driving financial performance of the sites, ensuring agility and delivery on targetsTimely preparation of presentation materials to support Sr. Leadership reporting and Business performance review meetingsProactively seek and implement process improvement initiatives in areas of management reporting and forecasting process.Deliver various ad hoc analyses and support planning activities, during peak seasonPlant controlling for one of the equipment plants – working closely with Plant Manager to prepare quarterly forecast. Performing period close activities including Blackline journals

What You Will Need:

 3-6 years relevant work experience in management reporting, forecasting/planning or controlling in a multinational companyMaster degree in Finance/AccountingGood knowledge of financial processes in industry and business understanding behind the financial numbers.Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key business issues and propose solutionsAdvanced Excel required and relevant experience with HFM (Hyperion Planning / EPM, or other similar tools) is a plus.English fluency mandatory and strong communication skillsA high impact individual with a strong “sense of self” who is comfortable working with strong executive management.A self-motivated and high energy individual that thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change and opportunity.
