The role
As a Supply and Account Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The Supply control and accounting section supervisor is responsible to the Supply Manager for the safe and efficient operation of RAF Halton’s Supply Control and Accounting Section.

Day-to-day, you’ll Check, approve, and process invoices, as well as: 

Represent, when required, the SM at all internal and external SCAS QA Audits. You are to implement the SCAS section internal audits and management checks, reporting any anomalies directly to the SM when necessary. You are to support the contract QA programme and assist with all SCAS Audits. Address any non-conformance reports (NCR’s) within required timescales to the satisfaction of the Auditor. Efficient organisation, operation, and control of the SCAS section. Order and purchase goods and services within contract and policy. You will be responsible for the correct operation and security of all MJDI computer equipment. Produce, implement, review, and maintain a SCAS training program ensuring that the training needs of SCAS staff are identified and reported to the SM. You are to review and update staff records as required. Staffs training files are to be maintained at section level.

This role is full time and based onsite at our RAF Halton site.

Essential experience of the Supply and Account Supervisor:

Previous administrative Supervisory Experience. Previous experience in the use of MOD Applications

Qualifications for the Supply and Account Supervisor:

Competent in the use of: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
