What You’ll Do as a Supplier Set-up Administrator
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:  Manage the end-to-end supplier set up process for both GNFR and GFR suppliers from request receipt and validation to system entry.Process account closure requests for one-time vendors and customer claims, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to financial procedures.Conduct Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) checks for all new and potential suppliers.Collaborate with the SSU Team Leader on quarterly ABC reviews with the Legal department.Manage user setup, amendments, and access within the Purchase to Pay S10 system (Joiners, Movers, Leavers).Support the implementation of new forms for customer account and account receivable setups.Assist with company registration and VAT checks.Provide support for general system queries and troubleshooting for P2P S10 users.Support the resolution of system issues stemming from system upgrades, including raising and tracking support tickets.
What You’ll Bring  
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)Prior experience in an administrative role within a procurement or similar environment.A positive and flexible approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.attention to detail and accuracy when entering data into systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain information to diverse audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.The ability to work independently and proactively address challenges.
