We are currently seeking a self-driven Supplier Quality Engineer with a passion for manufacturing to join our team. This position will support Contract Manufacturing Organization and will report to the Virtual Factory Quality Manager. The position will be responsible of performing root cause analysis and corrective actions related to manufacturing process and support transfer of lines or NPIs. 

What will you do\:

·  Support new product introductions, supplier development activities related to manufactured components.

·  Lead internal/external customer complaints with problem solving methodologies as 8D, A3, etc. 

·  Drive process robustness through PFMEA, process control plans and poka yoke/jidoka solutions.

·  Monitor supplier quality performance at the plant level and report it.

·  Lead suppliers process audits.

·  Deploy projects to increase productivity and process improvements and utilize digital technology with our contract manufacturers.

·  Pilot the qualification of the products (finished goods) through PPAP process.
