This position reports to

Supplier Quality & Development Engineer

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of supplier assessments, drive both corrective and preventive actions based on supplier maturity and performance levels. Each day, you will manage operational supplier quality, both on-site and off-site, ensuring the thorough execution of supplier qualification and development processes. You will also showcase your expertise by managing the supplier’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tManage Supplier Scorecard (PPMS / Claims) an execute corrective actions.•\tConduct Supplier Audits.•\tConduct On-Site Reviews with Suppliers and Problem solving Management.•\tValidation of Special Supplier Processes (Welding, Electrostatic Painting, Plastic Injection).•\tSupplier Penalty Management for Non-Quality.•\tAnalysis of Supplier Process Capacity.

Qualifications for the role

\tNew graduate to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.\tBachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.\tPrevious experience with Supplier Relationship Management.\tAdvanced English level.\tProblem solving and audit skills (8D, DMAIC).\tAvailability to travel (30%).
