Join Our Dynamic Supplier Engagement Team in the Heart of Norwich!

As part of our small, friendly UK Supplier Engagement Team, you will be operating within the interesting department of Finance Operations. This is not your standard finance role - it is a unique opportunity to be a key player between JLL, our global clients, and their Supply Partners.

We support JLL’s Property and Asset Management Teams through advisory, projects and problem-solving services. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth partnerships between JLL, our clients, and their Supply Partners through dedicated customer service.

Your Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

Verify all new supplier setup or amendment requests using JLL workflow system.Monitor and safeguard accurate supplier data.Distribute welcome packs and conduct onboarding meetings for new suppliers.Handle supplier and stakeholder needs with excellent customer service skills.Problem-solve supplier engagement data quality queries and disputes.Assist with regular supplier engagement meetings.Assist with administrative supplier tasks.Administrating updates for our mandate and property data.

We're Looking For An Individual Who:

Is able apply attention to detail to work tasksLikes to build relationships and promotes teamwork.Has the ability to take ownership and accountability.Holds planning and organisational skills.Uses Microsoft OfficeHas an appetite for learning new systems.Has some previous accounting knowledge (nice to have, but not a deal-breaker)Has a problem-solving attitude and ability to think outside of the box.Has a customer-first mindset.
