We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer SQA at our location in Saltillo.
Responsibilities:
• First quality contact with supplier and quality representative within the supplier parts forums.
• Evaluate, approve, and monitor supplier quality for purchased components according to component drawing specifications, internal quality requirements (QD83) and customer specifications if applicable.
• Objective is to have a successful development of PPAP for supplier parts, within compliance with quality deliverables; supporting the Product Engineers and SDE (Supplier Development Engineer, corporate function) to develop a stable, robust, safe, and capable process that meets the specifications.
Requirements:
• Engineering bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years within quality areas, projects, industrial environment.
• Desirable, customer or supplier management.
• APQP, 8D’s 15Why’s Problem solving, SPC, IATF 16949, Drawing Interpretation (GD&T), PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SAP.
• MS Office skills, Excel, Power Bi, PowerPoint.
• English Professional working proficiency
