Supplier Onboarding Analyst

By joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress. **Team/Role Overview** The Supply Chain Operations (SCO) supports the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, from supplier risk assessment, through competitive bidding and selection to contracting and payment. The SCO’s purpose is to ensure we manage our supply chain in an efficient and standardized manner through all stages of the supplier lifecycle, leveraging Citi’s scale to optimize the supply chain while ensuring rigorous controls. You will be mainly responsible for the maintenance of suppliers’ data in Citi’s systems. **What you’ll do** + Maintain the integrity and the accuracy of the Supplier Onboarding Systems/Tools for all new suppliers. + Communicate with business stakeholders in connection to their requests. + Be responsible for continuous process improvement identification and implementation, risk and control self-assessment testing and review, handling customer escalations. + Establish daily priorities and flow of work to ensure that timeliness and quality standards are met. + Ensure high levels of Customer Service satisfaction. + Handle cases requiring special attention, investigations, and escalations as appropriate. + Assist in audit and compliance efforts for department, including risk review, self-assessment, Continuity of Business, business monitoring and documentation of policies and procedures + Provide expert guidance and support on the development of key controls, standard processes, operating procedures, and promote best practices + Support reporting activities as required. **What we’ll need from you** + 0-2 years relevant experience + P2P knowledge is desirable + Excellent English language knowledge (written and verbal).
