This role acts as a key liaison between the company and its suppliers, driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering long-term strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement supplier development strategies aligned with business goals. + Evaluate supplier capabilities and performance through audits, scorecards, and KPIs. + Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality or delivery issues. + Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement plans. + Support sourcing and procurement teams in supplier selection and onboarding. + Monitor supplier compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. + Facilitate training and development programs for suppliers to enhance capabilities. + Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or service. + Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
