Key Responsibilities include establish and maintain one-on-one contact with customers, ensuring professionalism in all interactions, in -person, via Teams meetings, or phone calls. Proactively search for materials needed to fulfill orders, and coordinate with purchasing. Assist on the floor with order fulfillment, ensuring that all orders are filled accurately and efficiently. Monitor the shipping process to ensure timely delivery according to the schedule. Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
Qualifications include strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional demeanor. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in supply chain management or related field is a plus. Experience with SAP or similar order management systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
