Full Time: 40 Hours/Week
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm
Weekend and Holiday Rotation required
Overnight On-Call once per week to support On-Call RN required
General Summary
Responsible for delivery and evaluation of patient care services to patients on assigned team(s). Assists in implementing new programs as well as evaluating and updating current programs and policies. Assumes the responsibilities of the Branch Office Manager as designated.

Follows confidentiality standards as required by HIPPA/CMS conditions of participation in regards to patient, employee, and organization information. Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, inservice meetings, and workshops. Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
3 years Clinical nursing or therapy experience. Required 3 years Clinical nursing or therapy experience with an emphasis in home care. PreferredLicenses:
Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physical Therapist Upon Hire Required or Licensed Occupational Therapist Upon Hire Required or Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Upon Hire Required and Heartsaver CPR/AED Upon Hire RequiredDriver's License Statement:
Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
