The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Full-Time Supervisor to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia for the Truist Club. As a Truist Club supervisor, you will work under the department manager’s direction to ensure effective club operations, including training and supervision of team members. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in assisting to roll out and implement operational standards to elevate service and quality.You may from time to time be working events associated with various departments outside of our regularly scheduled events.

What will you do? Train and supervise associates and observe job performances Assist with the interviewing/hiring of candidates Assist with all technical trainings including presentations and monthly trainings Ensure all food presentations and displays meet company standards Monitor progress and hold team members accountable to achieve desired outcomes Resolve guest complaints, with the assistance of the department manager Ensure all sanitation practices are used, and Department of Health guidelines are followed Oversee all inventory processes Perform daily pre-shifts with team members Perform other duties as assigned More about you A minimum of five years of experience in hospitality preferably at a supervisor or management level Familiar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems Previous experience in upscale banquets, catering, or fine-dining establishments preferred A college degree in business, hospitality, or related field is preferred but not mandatory Physical requirements Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift. Frequently work in an outside and inside environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for setup, service, and clean-up Shift details
