What You'll Do Oversee and coordinate activities in the storeroom and receiving that support the Garage, Maintenance and Reliability teams Supervise, train, and develop Storeroom/Receiving Clerks Ensure stocks and supplies are adequate, easily retrievable, and are stored in a manner that preserves their quality Regularly work in the Storeroom Clerk or Receiving Clerk role Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for management Maintain good general housekeeping, keeping clean equipment and work area. Keep all tools in good working condition Use good decision making and problem solving skills to understand and meet customer expectations Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture What You'll Need Minimum 5 years of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment General knowledge and familiarity with industrial machine parts and mobile equipment components Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint SAP inventory experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated, and self-starter Must be able to work in an industrial environment and in varying temperatures Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced multi-discipline environment, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational and listening skills Your Education High School Diploma or GED required
