"THIS POSITION WILL BE OPEN TO ALL EMPLOYEEES CURRENTLY SERVING AS A STATION SUPERVISOR LEVEL I OR II"*
Responsibility:
Under the direction of the Superintendent on duty, the selected candidate will be responsible for working within District. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to transmitting, receiving, responding and coordinating emergency calls/conditions using various emergency communications systems; communicating with Field Supervisors and Leadership; and updating various database systems. The selected candidate will also be responsible for creating, maintaining and completing incident reports in a timely manner as well as timely communication of incident activity to Rail Control Center.

Station Supervisor II - (Lateral Transfer)
Education and Experience:
Station Supervisors who have one (1) year in title.
Desired Skills:
+ Working knowledge of NYCT rules, regulations and operating procedures.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Knowledge of Hexagon EAM System
+ Knowledge of the subway system and NYC Landmarks.
+ Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Work, Excel Teams and Access).
+ Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle a high volume of phone calls.
+ Excellent writing and communication skills.
+ Excellent Operating and attendance record.
+ Ability to exercise independent judgement and solve complex problems.
Selection Method:
Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience and interview .
