The Floor Supervisor supports the Store Manager in achieving the sales target for their store.  

Grade 12 1 year of Supervisory experience is required in this role, experience leading a team will be an  added advantage A passion for homeware Supporting the Store Manager in driving Sales and Turnover Creating and delivering an excellent customer shopping experience  Motivating and inspiring your team members to work hard and push for sale
