Position Summary:
Oversees daily operations ensures efficient process by monitoring the production and organizing workflows.

 

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and execute daily production plans to meet revenue targets and operational goals. 2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process and line efficiency and continuous improvement. 3.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and ensure efficient operations 4.Ensure the line in compliance to quality system and company rules. 5.Responsible in assigning task and ensure that all members receive

 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or any equivalent degree.

2. Effective communication skills in both oral and written.

3. Knowledgeable in electronic components operation and application.

4. Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexible.

5. Willing to work in a shift mode schedule
