Accountabilities:
Develops local talent on sales operations; manage knowledge transfer from the US team to the local team as well as cross-skilling or training within the local teamEstablishes key metrics to measure the team's performance and the development and effectiveness of operational processesCollaborates with the US business unit stakeholders to ensure SLAs are established and exceededConstantly challenges the status quo, explores, and implements best practices in all aspects of sales operations and analyticsDocuments all processes to ensure business continuityPromotes and facilitates an organization of continuous process improvementAttracts, recruits, and retains top talent; motivates and leads a high-performing sales operations teamSets examples for staff in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational skills, and work habitAdheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the teamQualifications:
Must be a bachelor’s degree holderMust have knowledge and experience in end-to-end sales operations work or any similar sales support workMust have at least 2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in multiple functional areas and business streamsMust have a keen eye for details and the ability to manage data with accuracy and completenessMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organizationMust be dynamic or capable of balancing multiple priorities in various work areasMust be willing to work night shiftIntermediate to advance skills in MS ExcelProficiency in MS Office suite and web-based applicationsFamiliarity in sales commission platform (nice-to-have)Working knowledge in CRM platform or equivalent e.g. Oracle-based CRM, SalesforceInternal Hiring Requirements:
