Supervisor - Heavy Lift

Our dedicated Heavy Lift Team has talented project managers, engineers, supervisors, specialist operators and advanced riggers to ensure our lifting and transport projects are completed safely, on time.

Our team of in-house specialists bring a wealth of global experience to every lifting solution, whether it’s a stand-alone lifting job or a fully integrated, multi-disciplinary work package.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks across a variety of projects including coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate previous supervisory experience within the industry The ability to demonstrate strong communication and deliver a message effectively Your Committed to the safety, well-being and development of your employees Sound knowledge of cranes, machinery and their operation Your highly motivated and capable to work under pressure Excellent planning and organisational skills Your dedicated and flexible to travel to sites on an as-required basis Experienced in delivering safe and reliable service solutions while focusing on client relationships

What you will bring

Experience in leading work crews and building a strong safety culture Experience in shutdown and/or fixed plant scopes preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid Australian Driver’s License Proof of right to work in Australia
