**Overview** As our Supervisor, Environmental Services at CHI St. Vincent, you will help our healthcare team maintain a clean and safe environment so they can provide optimal patient care. Every day you will oversee and coordinate environmental services operations. You will be expected to manage staff, ensure compliance with infection prevention standards, and optimize cleaning procedures. If you are committed to social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us. **Responsibilities** + Oversee supply levels, equipment maintenance, and efficient resource utilization to support cleaning operations. + Lead and develop the EVS team, ensuring optimal staffing levels, performance, and adherence to policies and procedures. + Maintain high cleaning standards, conduct inspections, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of EVS services. **Qualifications** + Minimum of 3 years experience performing institutional housekeeping supervision.
