You lead a field sales representative team to ensure delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for a particular area. You work closely with cross-functional colleagues to deliver on activation and reporting against KPIs.

How you will contribute

You will:

Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required.Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories.Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your area.Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

Ubicación: Saltillo

Objetivo del puesto: Garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas mediante la supervisión de un equipo de vendedores, gestionando visitas a clientes y asegurando la correcta ejecución de las estrategias comerciales en la zona asignada. Además, brindar soporte a personal administrativo y operativo, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los KPIs establecidos.

Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar y gestionar un equipo de 15 personas, garantizando la correcta ejecución de las visitas a los clientes asignados y el cumplimiento de los objetivos diarios.
- Garantizar que las unidades de los vendedores regresen con visitas completas y según los KPIs establecidos.
- Realizar la capacitación de nuevos vendedores, promoviendo un desarrollo continuo en el equipo.
- Monitorear y reportar los indicadores de ventas.
- Gestionar y coordinar la planificación y ejecución de las visitas a clientes, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de las metas.
- Resolver problemas operativos y comerciales de manera eficiente, gestionando situaciones bajo presión.

Requisitos:
- Conocimiento de la zona de Ciudad Zacatecas.
- Formación profesional.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el área de ventas, con énfasis en el canal tradicional o detalle.
- Manejo intermedio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, bases de datos).
- Conocimiento básico de Power BI (deseable).

-Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente (ciudades del norte del país como Monterrey, Saltillo, Durango, etc.).
