Lead a team to deliver first class service

As a Fluid Plant Supervisor, you will coordinate of the LMP's activities, monitoring of fluid requests, supervision of the fluids mixing, perform technical analysis and provide technical recommendations for property control, chemical inventory control, operational quality control and safety

As a Fluid Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Preparing all the records and reports pertinent for the fluid control, production, shipment and reception, operational problems and keeping them updated in the respective foldersCoordinating activities through a pre-work meeting to review the tasks of each employee and explain the process to be carried outPerforming technical analysis and specific product and practical recommendations for controlling fluid propertiesRequesting the materials necessary for the fluid mixing to Warehouse with enough time for the delivery of the requested fluidsKeeping control of the inventory stored in the LMP and report consumption to Warehouse teamCoordinating and supervising the fluid/ bulk transfer operation to vessel or LMP and prepare the required documentation for the operation

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Diploma related to Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Technician or related areasHave Training in Drilling and Completion Fluids - desiredShow knowledge of the Quality and HSE management systemDemonstrate English, desired and Portuguese (Speaking/Listening/Writing/Reading). Have good oral and written communication skillsHave good interpersonal and leadership skillsShow previous experience with Drilling Fluids (WBM, SBM, Brine) and knowledge on material balance for fluids preparation. Previous experience in LMP operationsHave experience with plant operating equipment
