Supervisor de Flujo de materiales

Implementar un plan de surtido para cada número de parte asegurando el flujo óptimo de materiales.Mantiene comunicación con los departamentos involucrados en la información necesaria para el PFEP (compradores, planeadores, ingenieros, aduanas, materiales, lean, entre otros).Análisis de números de parte actuales y nuevos, para determinar, en coordinación con el área de producción e ingeniería las cantidades optimas aceptables dentro de las líneas de producción.Mantiene actualizado el PFEP, da seguimiento para el sostenimiento del programa, analiza las solicitudes de cambio.Resuelve problemas con los departamentos relacionados al PFEP.Mantiene publicado visualmente la información del PFEP en los procesos de producción y de almacén.Proporcionar el entrenamiento necesario para el seguimiento del PFEP.Consulta COs, en Team Center.Analiza cantidades de empaque recibidos de proveedor y da seguimiento con planeadores de material y compradores para solicitar correcciones a los proveedores para un empaque optimo.Mantiene documentados los procesos de trabajo en el área.Conoce el proceso de surtido basado en REP Pick.Participa y da seguimiento a actividades del Inventario Físico.Conoce y maneja las funciones de Series Navigator, Intranet, Office, Infor, Rapid Response, IQS, Team Center.Participación en eventos Lean y LPA.
