Job Responsibilities:

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas 

- Seguimiento al onboarding  de los nuevos ingresos (equipo de trabajo, documentación, certificaciones, etc)

-Definir un paquete total de prestaciones y beneficios justo  alineado con la estrategia y los objetivos comerciales de nuestra empresa.

-Participar en encuestas salariales e investigacion del mercado laboral

-Entrevistas de salida de personal y analisis para la implementacion de planes de retención

-Cumplimiento  de regulaciones locales y nacionales
