And we are close to home with services in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Hot Springs, Searcy and Conway and more than 25 community locations. **Responsibilities** The Supervisor – Clinic Nursing assists the Clinic Administrator/Practice Manager with general supervision, direction, and support of the daily operations of the clinic in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards. In the absence of the manager, the supervisor has oversight of clinic operations. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 1 year experience in the discipline OR 3 years’ experience in the discipline OR Master’s Degree and no experience. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required + Must have a current/valid RN license from the state licensing board. Basic Life Support (BLS) + 3 years related experience in a clinic/physician office is required. **Pay Range** $31.92 - $46.29 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
