We will count on you to:
Line management for a dedicated group of team members, might involve multiple work streams.Day to day people management; regular one to one meetings to discuss activities, priorities, progress, problems and day-to-day employee experience related tasks.Ensure equal access to opportunities to enable people to fully participate in the learning process in order to develop to their full potential.Work closely with the Delivery leads to ensure workload in the team does not exceed people’s capabilities.Responsible for allocation of work and re-prioritization of workload where needed.Contribute at building a trusting environment, where delivery is a team commitment.Build up your team and coach team members on how to apply the internal processes and ways of working.Guide and coach your team to use the internal practices and values to their maximum potential, and to get the most out of self-organization.Coach the team towards efficient collaboration with other teams while acting as a liaison between teams and other stakeholders.Challenge/empower the team towards continuous improvement of the delivery process, quality, and velocity.Gather feedback on delivery process from the team and bring it to the delivery forum.Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.Constructively and positively challenge other people’s ideas and approaches.What you need to have:
Proven leadership experience with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.Proven awareness, initiative and dedication to meet objectives and deliver results.Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).Ability to keep track of many tasks, documents and communication threads.Ability to drive engagement in the team towards problem solving.Good time management and scheduling skills.Ability to organize and prioritize own and others workload whilst responding to the evolving needs of the team and stakeholders.Good communication skills, both verbal and written demonstrating assertiveness and ability to solve conflictual situations.Passionate about knowledge sharing.Flexible to work and collaborate in cross-functional projects/teams.Can demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges.Relevant experience working in a technical teamPrevious knowledge of working with Jira or other work management platforms.Why join our team:
