Crouse’s Addiction Treatment team at Erie Boulevard provides a comprehensive system of assessment and outpatient treatment services for individuals with substance use disorders by integrating physical, mental and spiritual healthcare practices for patients and families. The Addiction Treatment team is hiring a Supervisor Addiction Treatment to work 4:30 am-1:00pm w/other shifts assigned. Salary Range: $69,771.20 - $87,214/annually (based on verified education and experience) Supervisor Addiction Treatment Position Responsibilities: + Proactively communicates with staff and keeps them informed on a regular basis or as needed; updates staff regarding policy changes in specialized areas. + Develops and utilizes department policy statements, scope of service, quality indicators and updates; revises as necessary. + Performs staff management functions related to employee selection, on-boarding/orientation, coaching/development, staffing, work assignments, performance management and goal alignment as guided by hospital policy and procedures and collective bargaining unit agreement (when applicable). + Participates, collaborates and actively engages in meetings to achieve goals and mutually beneficial outcomes. + Conducts regular staff meetings to disseminate hospital and/or department/division information and allows for discussion of staff concerns needing clarification or resolution. + Supervises all aspects of daily program operations within approved budget and in compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations. Reports appropriate information to Manager and Director. Monitors all patient related activity, makes decisions as appropriate. Relieves other supervisors as needed. Provides administrative and clinical supervision and direction to all staff in department. + Oversees assignment of new patients to appropriate staff. + Provides orientation to new staff; identifies needs for continuing education; promotes participation in workshops and seminars; provides education directly as appropriate. + Responds to requests for speakers from internal and external sources + Participates in Performance Improvement Council and serves on other committees as appropriate. + Sets and maintains standards for professional conduct; promotes and utilizes good interpersonal skills and adheres to Canon of Ethics for Addiction Treatment Professionals. + Consistently demonstrates ability to supervise and direct Department activities within established policies. + Maintains compliance with all pertinent regulations.
