Provide work direction to comply with a operational plan to aircraft inspectorsEnsures quality control procedures and inspections are carried out in accordance with Federal Air Regulations and the United Airlines Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP)Position is a supervisory member of the Air Carriers Inspection Unit in compliance with 14CFR121.369(8) and 14CFR121.371b and as such has inspection decision authority and responsibilityMay support other Air Operators in the performance of maintenance and is responsible to ensure the work performed complies with the customers regulatory and maintenance program requirementsParticipates as a partner with overall Maintenance Team to ensure quality systems are in place and effectiveExecute Daily Operational plan and follow upMonitor and control compliance to FAA Approved Required Inspections and other Inspection tasks performedShort term guidance and direction to subordinatesApply Continuous Process Improvement and implement process, tooling and systems improvement initiatives as appropriateTechnical Operations/MaintenanceTechnical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft.
