We are currently searching for our next Technical Services Supervisor. In this position, you will plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee the maintenance process and activities in the assigned production area to ensure the production plan is carried out in accordance with set objectives and measurements (cost, quality, safety, and compliance). You will also identify and implement mid—and long-term Maintenance and asset management strategies.
Your day-to-day:
Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture, fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approaches in line with our operational excellence program.Proactively support, in cooperation with QA representatives and relevant stakeholders, the quality program to prevent quality incidents, reduce and eliminate non-conformities in the process, and ensure product integrity.Lead a team of Mechanical and Electronic Technicians in execution of maintenance tasks, loss-driven troubleshooting, manufacturing standards creation, and capability building.Execute asset management strategies to produce quality products while maximizing equipment performance with optimal cost. Develop a technical skill base that leads to improved production performance.Proactively exchange learnings with other affiliates to ensure transfer of knowledge and skills of the maintenance staff.Ensure focus on delivering productivity targets by eliminating losses in maintenance, asset management, and equipment breakdown.Perform regular coaching to develop capabilities of the team on the daily management systems and to support in the personnel skill/technical development of each team member. Coach the team to encourage a mindset of continuous improvement. Build effective relationships within production lines and other key stakeholders across the business in order to achieve outstanding business outcomes. Lead execution of loss elimination priorities, plans, and responsibilities to ensure cross-functional alignment. Share knowledge and methods to encourage and foster benchmarking, reapplication, and continuous improvementWho we're looking for:
College/University degree in engineering or equivalent education2-5 of experience in manufacturing facilities or similarSupervisory or Managerial experience is an advantageExperience in Integrated Work System (IWS), PM Pillar and related DMS preferred Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Annual Base Salary Range: $ 81,000- $132,000
