The Supervisor, Site Services is responsible for overseeing all facilities-related service functions across our South Carolina locations. This includes managing contract cleaning and sanitation, landscaping, canteen services, pest control, uniforms, and other support services. The role ensures compliance with sanitation standards, manages service provider contracts, maintains records, and supports internal teams with related operational needs. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment that meets regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities

 

Specific Responsibilities

Oversee cleaning and sanitation operations in all common and cGMP areas across South Carolina facilities.Direct janitorial service contracts, including writing service specifications, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with CFR 21 Part 11, Subpart C.Create and manage preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for cleaning tasks; ensure timely and effective completion.Review, update, and manage sanitation documentation and support audit processes, including attending audits and compiling required documentation.Develop, manage, and track department budgets, including invoice processing, payment posting, and accrual reporting.Write, review, and revise SOPs related to cleaning, sanitation practices, and approved cleaning agents.Manage canteen services, including vendor coordination, pricing approvals, and product selection.Oversee landscaping contracts for all South Carolina sites, including coordination with lease-based service providers.Manage uniform services including inventory, distribution, billing, and delivery coordination.Oversee pest control services, review reports, address issues, and manage associated costs.Support Facilities team with waste management (hazardous and non-hazardous).Coordinate additional site services such as drinking water machines and smaller facility needs.Engage with suppliers and vendors as needed to align service delivery with company needs.Assist internal teams with service procurement and support strategic sourcing initiatives.Lead or participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Defined as a significant risk of substantial harm that cannot be eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level by reasonable accommodation.   Requires regular attendance to perform essential element as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work.  Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.  Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Licenses:

Associate’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)RBSM certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain)10+ years in a supervisory or management role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Familiar with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)Solid understanding of sanitation procedures, cleaning equipment, and approved chemicalsAble to manage large teams and technical staff effectivelyStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPhysically able to sit, bend, reach, and use computers for extended periods
