This is an exciting opportunity to work in an expanding Global Business Service Centre which offers great career development and opportunities. The successful candidate will be a key team member working to ensure accurate revenue reporting for a number of complex entities supported by GBS. **Job Title: Supervisor, Revenue Accounting (Audit Deliverables)** **Responsibilities:** + Manage a team of two members responsible for collating documentation to fulfil audit requests for multiple legal entities. + Coordinate and assign audit requests across the team, prioritising tasks to meet filing deadlines. + Liaise with external auditors to explain revenue cycles and business models for different groups and divisions. + Develop and implement strategies to increase team efficiency, aiming for a "get it right first time" approach to documentation. + Identify and escalate missing documents or potential audit issues promptly. + Provide regular status updates to GBS management on the progress of all audit requests. + Train team members and auditors on how to interpret the information provided, ensuring a better understanding of revenue cycles for different entities. **Requirements:** + Strong accounting background with the ability to quickly grasp revenue accounting concepts and their application in various business models and ERPs. + Excellent organisational and communication skills. + Ideally seeking candidates looking for people leader experience. **Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:** + Excellent communication skills to be able to build relationships at all levels + Proficient in Excel + Experience with complex organization structure **Why Join Us?** At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we value collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
