Position: Supervisor, Operations Agent
Job Description:
The Supervisor, Operations Agent is responsible for overseeing client accounts and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes. This role involves managing a team, maintaining strong client relationships, and optimizing workflows to meet service and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team handling operations and account management. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their operational needs. Monitor and improve account performance metrics, ensuring service excellence. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with business objectives. Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Experience in account management, operations, or logistics. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements. Proficiency in relevant software and reporting tools.What We Offer:
