The Work You'll Do:

The Compliance Services Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Service Representatives and Associates to deliver high-quality services using Sovos’ products and tools. This role ensures that all regulatory deadlines are met while maintaining an outstanding customer service experience for clients.

The Compliance Services Supervisor provides day-to-day support to team members, manages workloads, conducts performance management, and drives process improvement initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and the client experience.

More specifically, you will:

Lead and manage a team of Compliance Services Associates and Representatives Hold the team accountable for high service levels, fostering a culture of collaboration and professionalism Interview, hire, train, coach, appraise performance, reward, and discipline employees Implement and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency Monitor client activities to ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks Provide guidance and assistance to team members in resolving client issues Manage client escalations and ensure prompt resolutions Lead the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws in all supervisory responsibilities Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

What We Need From You

3+ years of client service experience, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment Strong time management, decision-making, and organizational skills Ability to lead and empower teams to achieve individual and operational goals Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire

The starting range for this role ranges between $50,000 and $65,000 annually, compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience.  While we are committed to giving an overview of compensation, salary is just one component of our comprehensive Total Rewards package.  We offer a host of additional benefits, which can include
