Summary of position:

The Commercial Excellence Teams aims to identify new business opportunities and increase salesforce productivity through diligent strategy work, business development projects as well as a continuous strive to improve Commercial Excellence and salesforce efficiency (SFE) Process.

As Supervisor, Commercial Excellence you will take on a key role in the team by driving and supporting SFE Initiatives in GSDCSD China. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Leader, the ideal candidate will plan and implement sales enablement initiatives to drive continuous improvement & functional excellence of GSDCSD.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the GSDCSD Data Team for performance management and data analysis system and be the Contact of Central reporting out with continuous improvement.

2. Lead the SFDC Champion Project in driving the Data quantity and Quality improvement and re-shaping the Sales behavior in Commercial team.   Develop/Conduct SFDC training to sales team, including new hires' orientation, regular training with relevant topics etc.  

3. Support Commercial team on critical metric (SFDC etc.) Tracking and discover the root cause of lagging and propose actions.   Support for SFE related requirements, and the implementation and promotion of SFE work within Commercial Team.

4. Support commercial team on applying SFE platforms/systems/dashboards in their daily operation, bridge system issues with technical teams for resolutions.

Conduct regular analysis of productivity, performance of sales force and work out improving areas with insights, Conduct ad-hoc analysis upon requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business management, Mathematics or related subject area is preferred

2. 8+ years of sales/commercial experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operation, Business Analyst.   

3. Expert in SQL /VBA/ EXCEL/PPT/SPSS/ PowerBI or Python

4. Ability to think independently, analyze problems, and have agile thinking skills

5. Good inter-personal skill, self-starter and can-do attitude is a must
