Supervises the child care program and provides child care services. Responsibilities: Coordinates intake activities and works to maintain enrollment at full capacity.| Recommends appropriate staffing patterns and physical plant needs necessary to meet the needs of individuals served and to comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements.| Orients personnel to ensure clear understanding of job responsibilities, department procedures, fire and safety regulations and other department specific requirements.| Assists with assessing the performance of employees and provides effective operational supervision and support to assigned staff.| Ensures the social, educational and physical needs of children are met, and that a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for the children is maintained.
