As the Supervisor of Centralized Scheduling, you'll oversee a talented team responsible for accurate timecard management, coaching, and evaluations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the professional and technical operations of the Centralized Scheduling teamEnsure adherence to HIPAA guidelines when working with customers and coworkersManage timecard accuracy, conduct coaching, and perform evaluations for team membersFoster professional growth and development opportunities for the team and selfParticipate in initiatives aimed at continual process improvementsRepresent Centralized Scheduling professionally, collaboratively, and innovatively in discussions and meetingsProvide documented feedback and communication regarding process changes, programs, staff development, coaching opportunities, and workflow concernsConduct coworker observations as neededEnsure effective supervision, engagement, and leadership availability for staff support

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience (preferred)Previous customer service experience (preferred)
