How You'll Help Us Connect the World

 

Maintains effective communication at different levels Ensures food hygiene and safety Ensures budget control Guarantees the quality of products and services Ensures the operation of kitchen equipment Compliance with ISO 14001 Standards, Standard 605 Ministry of Health Organizes and chairs cafeteria committee meetings Develop follow-up actions for continuous improvement Availability to travel 10% of the time

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

 Responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and      Environment management system, its Policy, applicable standards and procedures.  Responsible for process and team audits  Responsible for making the weekly consumption report  Review and suggest modifications to menus  Ensure processes for residual discharge compliance (JMAS)  Responsible for following up on those hired by the company  Ensures communication with different work teams  Monitor diner satisfaction levels  Ensures safety procedures are followed  Oversees relevant special event activities Control of the budget defined for each COMMSCOPE plant Generate expense control reports Analyzes and provides information on each year's budgets Actively participate in tenders

 

 

 

Related Education & Experience

 

• Bachelor’s Degree Nutrition, Gastronomy or related field.

• 3 years’ experience on a similar position

• Software: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.

• Personnel management
