Descripción genérica del puesto

Coordinación de actividades en planta en proyectos de manufactura, como enlace entre la planta y Project Managers divisionales.

Responsabilidades:

Coordinar y asegurar que las actividades relacionadas a proyectos de lanzamiento de nuevos productos, transferencias, rediseños y cambios de ingeniería mayores se ejecuten en tiempo y forma de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido. Realiza actividades de enlace entre la planta e ingeniería divisional con diferentes sites de STL y China, para proveer soluciones a las necesidades específicas de los diferentes departamentos para el correcto desarrollo del proyecto. Cumplir con los procedimientos y/o lineamientos de documentación durante el desarrollo de los proyectos. Cumplir con las normas y políticas de seguridad establecidas por la empresa. Junta de Revisión de Lanzamiento de Productos. Cotizaciones de Nuevos Productos. Análisis de Cambios de Ingeniería para implementación efectiva de NPI’s.

Autoridad:

Coordinación de proyectos y lanzamiento de nuevos productos.Comunicación directa entre personal de la división y planta.Administración de AR’s y capitalización de cuentas para NPI’s.

Requerimientos básicos:

Carrera terminada en ingeniería, más de 5 años de experiencia en industria electrónica en puesto similar.Conocimiento de JIT, DOE, POKE YOKE, KAN BAN, SMED, FMEAS, GR&R, SIX SIGMA, 5's, 8D's.Conocimientos de:  ISO 9000Conocimiento de electrostáticaBilingüe Inglés-Español 90%Solución de Problemas utilizando técnicas de análisis.Habilidad para la toma de decisionesLiderazgo y manejo adecuado de los recursos                                                                           

Requerimientos deseables:

Certificación en Green Belt
