Position Summary:
The Superintendent/ Assistant Project Manager is a dual-role position requiring strong leadership, project management, and on-site construction oversight skills. This individual will participate in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance. This role requires frequent travel to project sites while maintaining communication and coordination with internal teams in a hybrid capacity.
Responsibilities:
Oversee on-site construction, ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and efficient resource allocation. Lead teams, conduct inspections, resolve issues, and facilitate seamless communication among clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables meet timelines and budgets. Serve as the primary liaison between field and office operations, providing leadership with regular updates on challenges and solutions.Qualifications:
