Job Title: Superintendent of Construction Position Structure: 12-month consult to hire Location: Beaverton, OR Workplace Type: Onsite Job Description: + Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes at different stages. + Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites. + Communicate with designated parties regarding scheduled closings and walk-throughs. + Conduct daily quality control inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards. + Deliver homes within established timeframes. Responsibilities: + Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes. + Order materials to ensure timely delivery. + Communicate the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs. + Conduct daily quality control inspections. + Deliver homes within established timeframes. + Conduct on-site safety and construction meetings. + Start and close homes as per the business plan. + Inspect trade contractor work and supplier deliveries before approving invoices. Essential Skills: + Construction management + Residential construction + Construction scheduling + Subcontractor management + Blueprint reading + Ability to manage up to 20 homes at different stages + Experience managing multiple crews/subcontractors + Quality control Additional Skills & Qualifications: + 4+ years of production residential superintendent experience + Experience with high-end options in similar homes Work Environment: + Onsite in a residential subdivision in Beaverton/Sherwood.
