Superintendent of Construction Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent of Construction to manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they adhere to plans, schedules, and quality standards. This role involves supervising on-site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities + Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and quality standards. + Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, craftsmen, and vendors. + Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution across multiple sites. + Coordinate the acquisition of materials and equipment, and manage project logistics. + Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process. + Ensure projects are completed in a secure and law-abiding manner. Essential Skills + 2.5-5 years of field experience as a superintendent. + Experience in project management, supervision, and commercial construction. + Proficiency in construction management and subcontractor management. + Ground up construction experience. + Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA 30 certification. + Quality control expertise. + Proficient in using Procore for project scheduling and management. + Experience in tenant improvement projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Must be open to 75% travel. Work Environment The work environment involves the reconstruction of existing buildings and facilities.
