Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years experience working as a superintendent on heavy highway/bridge, concrete, demolition, and civil and site projects valued at $1M to $10M. A four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience, extensive knowledge of construction, effective management techniques and, superior interpersonal and communication skills are required.
