We are looking for a  

Summer Trainee - Customer Channel Development 

to join our Customer Channel Development team in Espoo, Finland. As a trainee, you will be an integral part of a team developing innovative and industry-leading experiences for our customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business process development, user experience design, and project management within a dynamic, international, and supportive environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Business Development: Collaborate with the program team and business line stakeholders to identify, design, and implement new self-service features for our new customer portal. 

User Experience: Participate in user research and usability testing to enhance the overall user experience. 

Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation to support global rollouts. 

Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the solution functions smoothly and meets quality standards. 

Project Support: Provide support in project planning, tracking progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. 

 

Qualifications: 

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field. 

Strong interest in business process development, user experience design, or project management. 

Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 

Professional proficiency in English. 

Basic knowledge of digital development and design principles is a plus.
