New Building Solutions 

New Building Solutions Sales Operations is creating the next level of sales operations performance together with Area, Frontline, and Commercial & Operations teams to enable us to be #1 in all of our markets, make a step-change in New Building Solutions profitability, and drive highly profitable and sustainable service growth. Sales Operations focuses on optimizing sales teams’ efficiency and productivity involving developing processes and systems to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.

We are seeking a motivated

Summer Trainee, Sales Operations Development 

 

to our team based in Espoo, for a duration of 4 months and starting preferably in May 2025, depending on your availability. This summer trainee position is ideally suited to someone in or close to their final year of Masters degree studies, in e.g. International Business, Business Analytics or Industrial Engineering & Management. You are welcome to apply also with another similar or relevant commercial background. The work is mainly on-site at the Espoo office, but can be done also partially remotely. 

 

 

As a trainee you will participate in New Building Solutions Sales Operations development programs and periodical reporting & analytics. In this role you will have a holistic view of our global business and you will collaborate with our Sales Operations team on global initiatives related to a variety of areas in pricing, tendering & ordering process, business analytics and sales development. 

 

Key tasks and responsibilities: 

Contribute to tendering and ordering development with process development activities, analytics, training and implementation support to our frontlines. 

Provide support to Sales Operations global programs, related to e.g. sales KPIs, pricing development, product release updates in tendering and ordering tools, tool usage research & surveying as well as sales tool performance analytics. 

Support with CRM (Salesforce) & Qlik Sense data periodical reporting and ad hoc analysis needs. 

Support in other agreed tasks related to Sales Operations development. 

 

Skills, Education and Experience: 

Master’s degree student in International Business, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering & Management or other relevant commercial field. 

Solid analytical capabilities and ability to work with a vast amount of data and information in various formats. 

Understanding of sales management, business development and pricing strategies. 

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, advanced skills preferred. 

Data modelling and visual analytics skills (PowerBI preferred). 

Previous experience coordinating projects. 

Strong communication and presentation skills, including capability to create informative & clear presentations and guidance materials with Office 365 tools. 

Ability to work, collaborate and communicate effectively with international and local stakeholders 

Full professional proficiency in English
