The KC Lifeguard and Recreation Lead is responsible serve as lead lifeguard and assist with recreation activities and other support functions to ensure that campers have fun, safe and missional adventure experiences in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
General Qualifications:
The Kidder Creek (“KC”) Lifeguard and Recreation Lead is a Ministerial position. Ministerial staff render their work, stewardship, relationships and behavior as evidence of being followers of Jesus Christ while embracing and affirming Mount Hermon Association, Inc.’s (“MHA”) mission, vision and beliefs. They are responsible for defining, cultivating and leading MHA’s Christian community, conference programs, and retreats.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Supervise, lead and assign staff for a variety of onsite and offsite aquatics activities. Supervise, lead and assign a variety of recreation activities. Supervise, lead and assign housekeeping & kitchen duties including, but not limited to, dishes, bathrooms, trash, etc. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisors.
