Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. You will be given the tools to access prewritten lesson plans and videos for you to follow so you can focus on what is most important the joy of developing children’s social skills and teaching children the fundamentals, all while having fun. Our coaches... + can work up to 10-20 hours a week and can earn very competitive pay ranging from $25 - $35 per hour after completing on-field training. + Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success. + Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun in a stress-free environment. + Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success. Requirements The ideal candidate would able to choose between Monday to Friday mornings (9:00am -3:00pm) and/or Monday to Friday afternoon (2:30pm - 5pm). Location: Classes are held across schools between North and South of Austin and surrounding areas . Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to 25-30 min to get to a class location with additional travel compensation.
