Xylem is hiring for a summer Product Management Intern to work a hybrid work schedule at our location in Dubois, PA or Morrisville, NC. This will be a full-time summer internship from May to August 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research on energy diversification and how it will impact the natural gas industry. Interns will be actively engaged in a collaborative environment and will be provided several opportunities to report to executive leadership.
Potential Projects and Responsibilities
+ Building out Sensus’ Hydrogen Strategy and technical content for the Hydrogen Resource Center, our existing website aggregating content related to the hydrogen natural gas transition.
+ Research emerging energy markets and identify opportunities for our products in new industry or geographic region. This project would involve desk top research, data analysis, technical writing, and business case creation.
+ Work with a cross functional team to scope the existing packaging options on our natural gas meter manufacturing line and make recommendations to decrease both packaging options and amount of packaging used for each configuration.
Qualifications
_Required_
+ Education: A rising Junior or Senior at a Four Year University majoring in Engineering or Business Operations
+ Experience using the following Microsoft products or equivalent for collaboration & analytics: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Visio.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and desire to work collaboratively, both in-person and remotely.
+ Creative problem solving and intellectual curiosity about the natural gas industry and the road to energy diversification.

+ Previous internship experience
+ Previous experience building strategy decks
+ Previous experience performing market research and data analysis
+ Experience using PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
