Summer Intern - Product Management (Software)

**Overview**
This summer intern position is for future product managers of hardware and software products who are ready to learn everything they need to know to succeed as a product manager. Working collaboratively with other product managers and stakeholders within or outside of the organization, they will contribute to building intuitive, reliable, and powerful products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Improve user support material and provide user experience suggestions.
+ Provide feedback on improving documentation and how-to guides (manuals, videos, etc.) to make the software easier for new users.
+ Review app layout and flow to provide ideas on how to make it usage more intuitive
+ Review guides and manuals from competitive products for comparison.
+ Collaborate with the product management and marketing teams to support go-to-market s for new products and initiatives
+ Assist with product demos
+ Engage with other departments as necessary on product management issues
**Qualifications**
+ This is a summer internship, working 4 days/week in the Montvale, NJ office and 1 days remote, up to 35 hours/week.
+ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Passion for product management and marketing
**Summer Internship Details:**
+ _Compensation:_ The hourly rate is $18/hr.
+ _Duration:_ The internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, running from June 2nd to August 15th, 2025.
+ _Work Arrangement:_ This is a hybrid position, requiring interns to be in the office in Montvale, NJ, four days a week (Monday to Thursday), with Fridays designated for remote work at the manager's discretion.
+ _Transportation:_ Since the office location in Montvale, NJ, is not accessible by public transportation, interns must have reliable transportation.
+ _Housing:_ We do not provide housing or a housing stipend for interns.
+ _Work Visa:_ Unfortunately, we do not offer work visa sponsorship for this role, including participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
