Job Description: We are seeking a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to join our summer camp team. The Lifeguard will supervise campers during swim time, ensure a safe aquatic environment, and respond to any emergencies in a calm and efficient manner. Responsibilities: ? Monitor campers in and around the pool area ? Enforce pool safety rules and camp policies ? Respond quickly to emergencies and provide appropriate rescue or first aid ? Conduct safety checks of the pool and surrounding areas ? Collaborate with camp staff to ensure camper supervision Qualifications: ? Current Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or equivalent) ? CPR and First Aid Certification required ? Prior lifeguarding experience preferred ? Strong communication skills and ability to work with children ? Must be punctual, reliable, and professional
