Summer 2025: Summer Student – Customer Care/Customer Operations

We are hiring a Customer Care/Operations Summer Student for a full-time paid internship located in Glendale, AZ.

In this role, you will take the lead on reviewing, tracking, and providing pre-approvals for the Xeriscape Rebate Program. You will also assist with Customer Care related correspondence coming into the Corporate Office. Your responsibilities will include managing Xeriscape Rebate applications in SharePoint, responding to related correspondence, managing Excel spreadsheets, and assisting with customer care correspondence.

What you’d be responsible for:

Manage EPCOR’s Xeriscape Rebate applications in SharePointReview and respond to Xeriscape Rebate related correspondence from applicants and interested parties either via email or by phoneManage Excel spreadsheets related to the Xeriscape Rebate and compile required application documentation for weekly review by the Rebate CommitteeAssist with receiving, sorting, electronic filing, and responding to Customer Care related correspondence mailed to the Corporate OfficeDemonstrate a high-performance, high-discipline, safe, accountable, focused, innovative, and achievement-oriented manner of working

What’s required to be successful:

Currently enrolled in higher education or recent graduateBasic knowledge of Customer CareProficiency in written and verbal communicationStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Demonstrates professionalism and reliability in all tasksWorks collaboratively with team members and mentorsCommunicates effectively in both verbal and written formatsEager to learn and apply new skills
